纳米二氧化钛的表面改性及复合氟碳涂料的制备

摘    要:本文用硅烷偶联剂KH570对纳米TiO2进行表面改性,并对其工艺条件进行优化,通过红外分析、分散稳定性和显微镜照片的表征,可以看出KH570能有效改善纳米TiO2在有机介质中的分散性能,其改性的较佳条件为:改性温度60℃,改性时间45min,改性剂用量10ml。本文还将纳米粉体添加到氟碳清漆中制备纳米复合涂料,并对涂料的涂膜性能及涂膜的光催化性能进行检测,结果表明,涂膜性能均能得到大大改善,且在紫外光下具有较强的光催化活性150min内能将罗丹明B完全降解。

Surface modification of nanosized titanium dioxide and preparation of composite fluorocarbon resin coating

Abstract:Nanosized TiO2 was modified using silicane coupling agent KH-570,the optimum of the technical condition was studied. It was characterized with FT-IR spectrum、dispersion stability and microscope photo. The result showed that dispersion of TiO2 had improved by KH570 in the organic solvent. The better modified condition was that temperature was 60℃,time was 45min,and dosage of modifier was 10ml. The modified nanosized TiO2 was added into fluorocarbon resin coating to prepare composite coating. The properties of the obtained coatings film and the photocatalytic activity of coatings were investigated. The results showed that properties of the coatings film had been improved. and it had strong photocatalytic actibity,rhodamine B caught be complete mineralization in the 150min.
