水煤气低压耐硫甲烷化催化剂立升级试验

摘    要:SM-95-1低压耐硫甲烷化催化剂在实验室研制基础上,完成了工业水煤气立升级试验。在H2/CO=2.0、T入口=368±5℃、P=0.8±0.01MPa、空速S.V.=700±30h-1、总硫含量为0.04~0.25%的条件下,通过了1000h寿命试验,CO转化率可达45~55%,CH4选择性可达55~60%。

Abstract:Low pressure sulfur-resisting methanation is a novel process for production of town gas from water gas.The high performance methanation catalyst SM-95-1 have bes invented. It is not necessary to be reduced and sulfurized before use. Therefore a 1 000 hour pilot test has been carried out for the catalysts SM-95-1 under the conditions:H2/CO=2.0,T=3685 ,P=0.80.01 MPa,S.V.=70030 h-1,the content of sulfide is 0.040.25 %.The following results were obtained:CO conversion (single stage) 4555 %,CH4 selectivity 5560 %,lower heat value of product gas 12.513.5 MJ/M3. The results indicate that the stability of the catalyst is excellent.
