摘    要:设计了原油预脱水采用换热器回收高温底水余热的方案,进行了换热器的热力计算,测算了设计方案的节能效益和经济效益,证明了该方案具有可行性。

Abstract:The scheme of recuperating residual heat for high-temperature bottom water by using heat exchanger in predehydr olysis of crude oil is designed, the thermodynamic calculation of heat exchanger is performed, the energy saving and economic benefits for the design scheme are estimated, and it is proved that the scheme is feasible.Application the draft can save energy for oil field. The paper demonstration the feasibility about application exchanger recuperation residual heat of high temperature residue water
