| 摘 要： | 通过对2006年—2007年某计量供热住宅小区采集的数据进行对比分析,计算出反映用户房间位置对其用热量影响的位置耗热量比例系数。建筑围护结构的保温性能越好,不同位置用户房间的位置耗热量比例系数差距越小。增加用户行为调节室内温度的影响因素后,不同位置用户房间的位置耗热量比例系数差距变小。室外温度变化对不同位置用户房间的位置耗热量比例系数影响不大。

| Abstract: | Through the comparative analysis of the acquired data from 2006 to 2007 in a metered heating residential area,the location heat consumption ratio coefficient that reflects the influence of user room locations on their metered heat is calculated.The better the thermal insulation performance of building envelop,the smaller the difference of the location heat consumption ratio coefficient of user rooms with different locations is.After adding the influencing factor of user regulation of indoor temperature,the difference of the location heat consumption ratio coefficient of user rooms with different locations becomes small.The variation of outdoor temperature has little effect on the location heat consumption ratio coefficient of user rooms with different locations. |
