盾构带压开仓作业控制要点

在地铁盾构法隧道施工过程中,因地质条件复杂,特别是碰到上软下硬地层,对刀具磨损特厉害,经常需要开仓进行换刀作业,采用带压开仓作业对施工工艺要求较高,在地质条件差的情况下,建压和保压容易失败,仍存在很大的风险性。本文根据工程实例,通过采取开仓前准备、开仓过程控制、刀具更换、监控量测等各种安全技术措施顺利完成换刀作业,希望对相同或相近的盾构开仓作业起到借鉴作用。
