摘    要:从理论分析和工程实例分析的角度,论证了2010版新《抗规》关于最小剪重比规定条文说明中"当底部总剪力相差较多时,结构的选型和总体布置需重新调整"的要求的不合理性,指出处于不同烈度区和建筑高度不同的同类结构,当具有合理抗侧刚度和承载力时,其实际的基底剪重比系数是有差异的,要求按相同标准的最小剪重比系数来控制结构刚度,将导致低烈度区的较高建筑安全度过高及投入过度,并提出了合理化的建议。

Abstract:In this paper,by theoretical analysis and engineering case,we proved the irrationality of the minimum shear-weight ratio in the new code for seismic design of buildings(2010 edition) stipulation "Structural form selection and overall layout are needed be adjusted when base shear-weight ratio is far away from the minimum value",we also pointed out that for some similar structures with rational lateral stiffness and lateral bearing capacities,when in different degrees regions and with different heights,their actual coefficients of base shear-weight ratios are different,if we determine there lateral stiffness by the same coefficient of minimum shear-weight ratios,it will cause excessive waste to those higher structure in lower Degrees Regions.The rational suggestions were also provided in the end of this paper.
