摘    要:简要叙述太阳电池的发展历程及当前的状况,针对目前单晶硅太阳电池研究热点,从单晶硅材料、制绒、扩散、钝化、浆料、印刷、烧结、高效电池的工艺及设备等方面分别进行了深入分析,对其提高阳光的吸收能和光电转换效能的技术发展做出预测。

Abstract:The paper provides a brief introduction of the development process and status quo of solar cell, and in-depth analysis of the mono-crystalline silicon materials, texturing, diffusion, passivation, paste, printing, sintering and high efficiency cells in aspect of technologies and equipment against the research hotspots of mono-crystalline silicon solar cells, and predicts the technology development for improving the absorbed energy of sunlight and photoelectric conversion efficiency.
