BAF工艺处理微污染含铁锰地下水试验研究

Abstract:The purification efficiency and optimum operation conditions of biological aerated filter(BAF) process,which treated micro-polluted groundwater containing iron and manganese were investigated.The results indicated that ammonia nitrogen,manganese,iron,CODMn and turbidity could be removed effectively by BAF process under hydraulic loading at 4 to 5 m3/(m2·h) and an air-water ratio of 3 ∶1 and 4 ∶1.The optimum removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was obtained when the iron concentration of raw water was lower than 2 mg/L and DO was about 4 mg/L in the middle of the filter bed.A small amount of Fe2+ could maintain the ecological situation of the filter bed and keep high efficiency of the manganese removal by BAF.
