| 摘 要： | 以无锡某楼房为例,对楼房地基基础、砖砌体、砂浆强度、混凝土构件强度进行了检测,并对房屋结构进行了演算、鉴定,依据鉴定结果,提出了抗震加固措施,以提高房屋的抗震性能,确保房屋质量。

| Abstract: | Taking a building in Wuxi as an example, this paper detected the building foundation strength, brick masonry, mortar strength, concrete components, and checked and identified the housing structure, based on the identification results, proposed the seismic reinforcement measures, in order to improve the seismic performance of buildings, ensured the housing quality. |
