| 摘 要： | 通过对20世纪80年代人居住需求的特点进行调研和分析,研究什么样的住宅能更好地满足此类人群的居住需求,探讨了目前住宅在满足他们需求方面的不足,以体现以人为本的设计思想,使住宅设计达到功能完善、布局合理、居住舒适的目的。

| Abstract: | Through investigation and analysis of the residential needs of after 1980 people,it researches what kind of residence could better satisfy people's residential needs,discusses the defects of their current residential needs,so as to embody the designing thought of people oriented,and improve the functions of residential design and achieve the aims of rational layout and comfortable residence. |
