| 摘 要： | 通过住宅小区的设计实例，论述了现阶段应用较广泛的短肢剪力墙结构的性能及特点，提出了简易可行的判别设计方法，同时在结构体系的设计中结合新旧规范对比，归纳总结了一些设计要点，以解决剪力墙的设置问题。

| Abstract: | Through practical engineering of the design of residential quarter, the author discusses the performance and characteristics of shortpier shear wall extensively used on the stage, proposes, es simple and feasible design method, and summarizes several design dements combined with the contrast between new and old code in the design of structural system, in order to solve the problem of shear wall arrangement. |
