| 摘 要： | 分析了我国房地产开发企业实施知识管理存在的问题,结合房地产业的特点和企业自身的条件,探讨了大型房地产开发企业如何开展知识管理,体现了知识管理的真正内涵,指出房地产开发企业只要做好知识管理各个环节的工作,就可以提高企业竞争力,获得巨大的商业效益。

| Abstract: | It analyses the existing problems of carrying out the knowledge management of the real estate develop enterprise in our country.Combined with the characters of the real estate enterprise and the condition of the enterprise itself,it discusses how to develop the knowledge management of the large real estate develop enterprise,incarnates the real content of knowledge management,and points out that as long as doing well the every link of knowledge management,can the competitive power of the enterprise be increased,and gets the large commercial benefits. |
