| 摘 要： | 对网络计划执行过程中的跟踪检查内容和动态调整方法进行了介绍,阐述了具体的网络计划调整中应注意的问题,并对网络计划执行过程中管理工作应该考虑的因素进行了分析,对加快工程进度、提高经济效益起到了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The following paper introduces the contents of tracing inspection and dynamic adjustment method in the process of implementing network planning,illustrates concrete problems should be noticed in the adjustment of network planning,and analyzes the factors needed to be considered in management work in implementation process of network planning,which has significance to quicken construction progress and increase economic benefits. |
