| 摘 要： | 以上海东外滩十七棉厂改造为例，探讨了如何在较小的干预下改造优秀历史建筑，体现工业遗产特色，且适应今天的功能需要，并阐述了城市滨水区再生实践中城市公共空间重塑的必要性和策略，对同类工业遗产改造项目具有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper takes modification of 17 cotton industry at Shanghai bund for example, it discusses how to modify the good heritage architecture, demonstrates the characteristics of industrial heritage and adopt the present functional necessity within the less intervention. This paper also has an exposition on the necessity and strategy of remodeling urban public space at city waterfront. This can be used to guide the similar industrial heritage modified project. |
