| 摘 要： | 分析研究了工程量清单计价条件下施工承包方所面临的风险因素，通过建立风险因素的层次分析模型，应用层次分析法计算得出施工承包方风险因素的权重，并提出了我国工程量清单计价条件下施工承包企业风险应对的主要措施。以达到顺利实施工程和盈利的目的。

| Abstract: | Bill of quantities,as one of the important aspects in the reform of the project construction cost management,the paper analysis the risk factors of contractors.Through setting up the AHP model of risk factors,carry out the weight distribution of contractor's risk factors.This paper represents the countermeasures of contractors under bill of quantities,so as to achieve the aim of favoring execution of project and benefits. |
