| 摘 要： | 分析了现阶段旧建筑改造加固背景，阐述了旧建筑改造加固的必要性及价值工程法原理在其中的应用，并提出对旧建筑进行改造加固前进行专业质量检测及旧建筑“加固改造”新兴学科如何发展的建议，为改造设计、抗震加固、节约资金提供了依据。
