| Abstract: | According to the road project constructing features and project managing practices,it discusses on how to strengthen constructing management from establishing project managing department,responsibility shifts of project manager,cost control and contract management,and points out it should executed from the view of human,strengthen project management,and finally realize the optimum integrated benefits of enterprises. |
