| 摘 要： | 阐述了塑性铰的成铰规律，介绍了钢筋混凝土框架塑性铰破坏机制，分析了现行规范所提出的塑性铰判别方法存在着的较大局限性，提出了利用屈服比的概念进行结构塑性铰判断的原则。

| Abstract: | The hinge law of plastic hinge was explained,and the failure mechanism of steel concrete frame plastic hinge was introduced.The large limitation of plastic hinge discrimination method provided by current norm was analyzed,and it pointed out that the discrimination principle of structure plastic hinge was carried out using the conception of yield ratio. |
