| 摘 要： | 分析了多层砌体房屋中采用滑移减震技术的必要性，介绍了该技术的原理、构造、基本要求及质量控制，通过试验及动力分析证明：只要按滑移减震构造标准设计、施工，就能避免震害，且该技术实用性强。

| Abstract: | It analyzes necessity on application of glide non-rattling for multiple-story house, introduces its principle, structure, basic requirement and quality control, it can avoid shock when design and construction according to glide non-rattling standard, which has been proved by experiment and dynamic analysis, and its applicability is high. |
