| Abstract: | It introduces the policy about every stage of China real-estate industry development in ten years.And it also studies of the countermeasures which real-estate company applied in this situation as well as the reasons of these measures.Based on this,this article probes into the situation about the development of real-estate industry in the new era,brings forward relative measures and prospectives. |
