| Abstract: | It pointed out that strengthening the management of service subcontract was the main measurements of the development of construc-tion enterprise, after analyzing the main problems existed in current service subcontract management, taking service subcontract business pro-cess as clue, and the countermeasures of construction enterprise in overall project implementation course were discussed, so as to promote the healthy development of construction enterprise. |
