解析房地产建设的项目管理问题与对策

房地产项目的质量是建设项目的根基,项目质量决定了工程建设的成败。在房地产项目质量管理过程中,仍然存在很多的问题。本文一方面从房地产项目质量管理的概念谈起,另一方面从项目的四个阶段进行分析,包括项目构思目标设计、可行性研究阶段、项目设计阶段、项目开展阶段、项目完工验收阶段,研究当今我国房地产项目质量管理存在的问题,并根据问题提出相应的对策。

Analysis on the Project Management Problems and Countermeasures of Real Estate Construction

The quality of real estate projects in the foundation of construction projects, and the project quality determine the success or failure of the project construction. In the process of real estate project quality management, there are still many problems. In this article, the author starts from the concepts of the quality management of real estate project at first, then analyzes the four stages of the project from the target design of project ideas, the feasibility study stage, the project design stage, the project undertaken phase, the project completion and acceptance stage to explore the quality management problems of Chinese real estate project, and put forward some appropriate countermeasures based on the problems.
