| 摘 要： | 我国建筑的重要组成部分就是工业建筑和民用建筑，它们质量的优劣关系着社会经济是否平稳的发展以及人民群众生活水平的高低。文章从我国工民建质量管理的现状入手，分析了影响其管理的因素，并提出了解决措施。
