| 摘 要： | 随着我国建设事业的迅速发展,机电安装工程日趋复杂,机电安装企业实施工程项目管理是发展潮流。本文以广州市小虎岛化工区应急监测系统工程项目管理为研究内容,重点论述了工程项目管理在组织机构选择和三大目标控制（质量、进度、成本）方面的管理方法和采用的技术措施。

| Abstract: | As our country’s construction develops rapidly, and the electromechanical installation becomes more complicated, to implement of protect management is the trend of the construction enterprises. The article using emergency monitoring system engineering project management in Guangzhou Xiaohu Island as the research content, focuses on analyzing the manageement method and measures to take when choose the organization and control three major target （namely the quality, progress and cost）. |
