寒地建筑创作中的地域性思考

本文通过回溯哈尔滨国际会议展览体育中心投标方案，指出寒地建筑创作所面临的气候条件严酷、经济发展缓慢、技术水平落后及能源危机等问题，提出建筑应更贴近自然环境的创作理念，同时抛却地域性条件束缚，充分应用现代科技为设计创新服务，最终达到利用自然、改造自然、创造舒适空间的可持续性发展远景。

Thinking of the Regionality of Architectural Creation in Winter City

Through retrospecting the works of international architectural design competition for Harbin Conference Exhibition and Sports Center.this paper brings forward the questions of architectural creation in winter city,such as the cold weather,slow economic development and energy crisis.The author thinks that the architecture should be united with nature,and with modern science we can utilize and reconstruct nature, create the comfortable space.
