摘    要:桂林两江国际机场T2航站楼主体结构为超大跨实腹式变截面空间双曲异形拱壳结构,拱脚采用超大异形插入式拱脚,其尺寸大、质量重、形状复杂且不规则,安装难度极大。以此为例,阐述了拱脚的分片原则、精准定位施工工艺及安装施工关键技术。实践证明:采用定位环板技术,可解决预埋锚栓定位要求高及偏位等难题;设置型钢抗剪键,能够有效避免拱脚出现侧向滑移,保证拱脚整体受力均匀。

Abstract:The main structure of T2 of Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is a space hyperbolic abnormity arch shell structure with extra-large span and solid web-type variable cross-section.Its arch foot is an extra-large specially-shaped insertion type arch foot with large in size,heavy in weight,complex and irregular in shape,which makes it extremely difficult to install.Taking this as an example,the principle of arch foot division,the precise positioning construction process and the key technology of installation construction are described.Practice has proved that the use of positioning ring plate technology can solve the problems of high positioning requirements and deviation of the embedded anchor bolts;the setting of section steel anti-shear key can effectively avoid the lateral slip of the arch foot and ensure the uniformity of the overall force on the arch foot.
