| 摘 要： | 以西安国际医学中心工程项目的下沉基础防水施工为对象,根据基础投影面积大、均为下沉基础的设计工况,采用预铺反粘胶膜防水施工工艺,其中主要利用BIM技术从样板的横纵铺贴方向、方形与梯形下沉区域铺贴方式、节点补强措施、损耗对比等方面进行研究,解决了自粘胶膜防水卷材在施工中节点处理困难、工艺效果差、材料过度损耗、造价难控等问题。
