起重桅杆拆除内爬式塔式起重机施工技术

为解决内爬式塔式起重机在超高层建筑中拆除难题,提出了起重桅杆辅助拆除技术,将内爬式塔式起重机整体下降至建筑物屋面,通过起重桅杆和辅助起重机代替汽车式起重机按塔式起重机拆除工艺完成其部件解体工作;通过内爬式塔式起重机自身的起升机构与起重桅杆组合完成塔式起重机部件的垂直运输工作;通过自放至屋面的形式完成两组起重桅杆的拆卸工作,并通过施工电梯将分解的辅助起重桅杆运回地面完成整个塔式起重机的拆卸任务。

CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR STANDING DERRICK ASSISTED DISMANTLEMENT OF INTERNAL CLIMBING TOWER CRANE

To solve difficulties in dismantlement of internal climbing tower crane in super-high building project, standing derrick assisted dismantlement technique is put forward. This technique drops the entire internal climbing tower crane onto building roof and replaces autocrane with a set of standing derrick and auxiliary crane, to disassemble the components of tower crane according to the dismantlement process of tower crane; the lifting mechanism of the internal climbing tower crane cooperates with another set of standing derrick to realize vertical transmission of components of tower crane; the two sets of standing derricks are dropped by themselves down to the roof and the disassembled auxiliary standing derrick is transferred by construction lift down to the ground. The whole process of tower crane disassembly is finished successfully.
