车辆参数对油气弹簧阀系设计参数的影响

摘    要:利用开阀压力和阀片变形计算公式,建立油气弹簧单片节流阀片厚度解析设计公式.利用开阀压力和流量之关系,建立油气弹簧节流缝隙设计公式.在此基础上,分析了车辆参数对阀系设计参数的影响,建立质量影响系数和杠杆比影响系数.通过实例,对油气弹簧阀系参数进行解析设计,并与影响系数推算设计值进行比较,对设计参数等效厚度、开阀特性和应力强度进行验证,对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验.在其它设计参数保持不变的情况下,阀片设计厚度随车辆单轮簧上质量的增加而增加;油气弹簧节流缝隙与单轮簧上质量成线性递减关系;试验的单轮簧上质量每增加100 kg则节流阀片设计厚度将增加0.007 mm,节流缝隙将减小0.001 mm.在其它设计参数不变的情况下,阀片设计厚度与杠杆比成递减关系,试验的油气弹簧杠杆比每增加0.1,则节流阀片厚度将减少0.016 8 mm.分析和试验结果表明,车辆参数对油气弹簧阀系设计参数有很大影响,阀系参数解析设计方法和影响系数推算设计方法是准确可靠的.

Abstract:Using the calculation formulas of valve open pressure and valve flap deformation, an analytic design formula is set up to calculate the thickness of single throttling valve flap in oil-air spring. A design formula of throttling gap in oil-air spring is established using the relationship between valve open pressure and flow rate. On the basis of that, influencing factors of vehicle parameters on design parameters of valve system are analyzed and a mass influencing coefficient and a leverage ratio influencing coefficient are set up. Taking an actual example, valve system parameters of oil-air spring are analytically designed and compared with derived values from influencing coefficient. Equivalent thickness, valve-opening characteristics and stress strength in design parameters are verified and performance test is conducted on the developed oil-air spring. Under the conditions of keeping other design parameters constant, design thickness of valve flap increases with the mass increment on single wheel spring of the vehicle; throttle gap of oil-air spring is in linear decrement relationship with mass on single wheel spring. For each mass increment of 100kg on tested single wheel spring, design thickness of throttle valve flap will increase by 0.007mm and the throttle gap will decrease by 0.001mm. Under the conditions of keeping other parameters constant, design valve flap thickness is in decrement relationship with leverage ratio, for each leverage ratio increment of 0.1 on tested oil-air spring, throttle valve flap thickness will be reduced by 0.0168mm. Analysis and test results show that vehicle parameters greatly influence the design parameters of oil-air spring valve system and analytic design method for valve system parameters and inference calculation for influencing coefficients are accurate and reliable.
