| 摘 要： | 阐述了集中供热两种收费体制下系统基本调节思想和控制策略的根本差异，分析了按热量收费后直连网、间连网和混水系统等不同系统形式下的基本调节策略，提出热源和热媒网的形式应该多样化以适应新的供热收费体制。

| Abstract: | Describes basic differences between two charging systems in adjustment and control strategies of the central heating system. Analyses three adjustment schemes of direct connected, indirect connected and mixed water systems with heat metering and charging. Raises an idea that heating sources and networks should be diversified to satisfy the new charging system. |
