| 摘 要： | 从生物安全实验室建设、传染病防控、外来生物入侵防控、人类遗传资源管理和生物安全大数据建设5个方面,介绍了我国生物安全领域标准研制工作的概况,分析了其中存在的问题。结合《中华人民共和国生物安全法(草案)》的精神,提出了生物安全标准研制工作的几点建议:成立生物安全标准化技术委员会、建立完善的生物安全标准体系、加强生物安全标准宣贯和执行力度。

| Abstract: | From the five aspects of biosafety laboratory construction, prevention and control of infectious disease, biological invasions, management of human genetic resources and construction of big data, presents the general situation of biosafety standards in China, and analyses the existing problems. Combined with the spirit of the Biosafety law of the People’s Republic of China(Draft), proposes several suggestions for biosafety standards, such as establishing a biosafety standardization technical committee, improving a sound biosafety standard system, and strengthening the advocating and implementation of biosafety standards. |
