摘 要: | 广州白云国际会议建筑群建筑设备监控系统是一个包含五栋单体建筑的建筑群系统,也是一个开放性、分布式、模块化、网络化的集成系统,其既往上集成到BMS系统,也往下集成了冷水机组,热水机组,冷冻二次变频泵机组,电力监控系统,电梯监控系统,水电空调煤气综合计费系统等三方子系统。采用“一个中心,两级管理”的设计理念,划分为酒店A栋,会议区B/C/D栋(含地下室),酒店E栋三个区域,三个区域之间通过以太网集成,系统采用三层结构,即信息管理层,设备层,现场层。

Abstract: | BAS of Guangzhou Baiyun international Conference Center is including five buildings controlling System. It' s also an integrated system featuring open-ended, distributed, modularity and network. This BAS is upward integrated BMS, and also downward integrating chiller, hot-water equipment, secondary chilling frequency pump, electric power system, elevator monitor system,metering system and so on. This BAS is based on " Two-Level Management, One Center" conception,and divided the Conference Center into three areas, hotel(A), conference area(B/C/D/underground ) and hotel(E). These areas are connected by Ethernet. This system is a three-layer structural system,which consists of information management layer, equipment layer and field layer. |
