| 摘 要： | 夏热冬冷地区是我国经济发展较快的地区，也是高能耗地区，恶劣的热环境和社会经济的可持续发展迫切需要对既有住宅进行节能改造。本文提出了在该地区条件下住宅节能改造的主要技术措施和技术路径。

| Abstract: | It is the zones that are cool in winter and hot in summer develops fairly fast in economics and also consumes energy in large quantities. Because of the rough humid environment and the social sustained development in this area, traditional residential quarters existed nowadays need bettering imperiously this article brings up the main technology problem and raises the technology methods for bitterly saving energy under the certain conditions in this area. |
