摘    要:整体式共托楼盖作为结构转换层,现浇混凝土超厚,达1.8m,其模板支撑传力体系的设计与施工采用满堂红扣件式钢管支撑体系,利用柱网和剪力墙自身结构加强,地下室底板下回填土中打洛阳铲灌注桩加密土质,提高底板承载力等技术,进行方案优化,有效实施了力的传递,解决了下层梁板不能承受超厚板施工荷载的难题,确保了超厚板转换层混凝土的质量.

Abstract:The integral type altogether holds the ceiling to do for the structure transformation level,the cast-in-place concrete ultra thick,reaches 1.8 m,its template support power transmission system’s design and the construction,use the complete success to buckle the type steel pipe support system,strengthens using the column net and shearing force wall own structure,in the basement negative next time earth fill will hit the Luoyang shovel filling pile encryption soil texture,will enhance technologies and so on ledger wall supporting capacity,will carry on the plan to optimize,has implemented the strength transmission effectively,solved lower level Liang Ban not to be able to withstand the ultra thick plate construction load the difficult problem,has guaranteed the ultra thick plate transformation level concretes quality.
