施工方案评价中的多级模糊优化及非结构性模糊决策分析

摘    要:选择合理的施工方案是单位工程施工组织设计的核心。针对施工方案评价中影响因素复杂及非结构性因素量化等难点问题,提出了将多因素、多级非结构性模糊优选理论应用到施工方案比选中。采用四级模糊优选模型,综合考虑了影响施工方案比选的各种目标,并针对主观性较大的评价因素,引入非结构性模糊决策法和优先关系法,以确定其隶属度和权重。通过此模糊优选模型,进行了施工方案的优选,得到了比较理想的优选结果,证明了此模型在施工方案评价中的实用性。

Abstract:Selecting a reasonable construction plan is a key problem in the design of the construction management for a unit project. To solve the puzzle of complicated factors and quantifying non-structural factors, a multi-level multi-factor and non - structural fuzzy optimum decision model is used in the evaluation of construction project. Four-level fuzzy optimum decision determining the optimal design alternatives consider most of the effective factors. Moreover, to decrease the subjective influences determining membership function and consider the complicated factors, the non-structural fuzzy decision and the prior relation are introduced. The prior relation can express the effects on factors adequately, and can determine the membership degree and weighting effectively. The method of multi- level fuzzy optimum decision has been successfully used in an example of the evaluation of construction plan.
