| Abstract: | The article analyzes the characteristics of super high-rise commercial building with a height over 450 meters and the corresponding cost management. Based on the actual example,clari es project cost estimation of four items of structure,curtain wall,equipment and measure item in the cost estimation in the pre-project stage,proposes the main directions of cost optimization in design phase,and introduces application method and signi cance of engineering consultant model in project cost management. |
