| 摘 要： | 阐述管廊运维管理发展现状,然后以沈阳市南运河管廊为例,以BIM+GIS技术、机器人自动巡检及百度地图定位方法、APP移动巡检等技术创新为基础,建立管廊信息采集、处理、决策、调度、管理一体化的智慧运维管理平台,并介绍管廊监控系统、管廊管理系统、BIM管理系统、管廊办公管理系统四个子系统的构成,以期实现城市地下综合管廊的高效、安全、精细化管理。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the development status of operation and maintenance management of utility tunnel. Taking the south canal utility tunnel of Shenyang as an example,based on BIM+GIS technology, robot automatic inspection and Baidu map positioning method,APP mobile inspection and other technologies, establishes the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for information collection, processing,decision-making,dispatching and management of utility tunnel. Finally,introduces the composition of four subsystems:utility tunnel monitoring system,management system,BIM management system and office management system,which can realize the high efficiency of the urban underground comprehensive utility tunnel. |
