摘    要:分析当前将物联网应用于建设工程监管方面存在体系不完整、使用成本较高、专业人员不足、全寿命周期意识淡薄等问题,建立基于物联网的建设工程全寿命周期监管层次和架构,提出相关有力措施以助于此监管新模式的推广,如:建立健全法律法规体系、建立统一监管新模式、加快技术创新和物联网人才培养、强化全寿命周期监管理念、降低成本等。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of the Internet of Things to the supervision of construction projects,such as incomplete system,high cost,insufficient professionals and weak awareness of whole life cycle.Then establishes the regulatory hierarchy and framework of the whole life cycle of construction projects based on the Internet of things,puts forward some beneficial measures to promote this new mode of supervision on the issues of establishing and perfecting the system of laws and regulations,establishing unified supervision mode,speeding up technological innovation and personnel training,strengthening life cycle awareness and reducing costs.
