| 摘 要： | 为解决建筑企业集中采购运行不畅,规模效应削减问题,分析集中采购管理现状及存在的具体问题,提出基于组织管理层次的集中采购运行机制模型,阐述各管理层次作用机理,并以案例进行实证分析。结果表明,围绕组织管理层次系统构建建筑企业集中采购运行机制可以提升集中采购运行成效。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of unsmooth operation and scale effect reduction of centralized purchasing of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing specific problems of centralized purchasing,puts forward the operation mechanism model of centralized purchasing based on the organizational management level. Then,expounds the action mechanism of each organizational management level,and makes the empirical analysis in case. The results show that the building of centralized purchasing operation mechanism of construction enterprises surrounding the organizational management level can improve the operation efficiency of centralized purchasing. |
