| 摘 要： | 首先概括城乡一体化发展的新民居建设内涵,然后分析新民居建设模式及经济效益指标,最后以山东省新民居建设为例,进行新民居建设经济效益分析。结果显示,新民居建设后,五项指标皆有正向提升,新民居建设增加了耕地面积,扩大了非农产业,提高了农民收入及幸福指数。
