基于SEM的南方多雨地区海绵城市评价研究

摘    要:将海绵城市的理论研究和南方地区的特点相结合,从水安全、水环境、水生态、水资源四个方面构建针对南方多雨地区海绵城市的水文评价指标体系,并基于结构方程模型(SEM)和镇江市海绵城市建设经验进行验证。结果显示南方地区水安全类指标的路径系数明显大于其他三类指标,这一结果表明南方地区水治理的重点应该放在解决城市内涝、维护城市水安全方面。

Abstract:Based on the research of sponge city and the characteristics of southern region,the paper constructs the hydrological evaluation index system of sponge city in southern China in terms of water safety,water environment,water ecology and water resources. Then,verifies the established system with structural equation model(SEM)and the practice of Zhenjiang sponge city construction. The reults show that the path coefficient of water safety in southern China is obviously larger than others,and the focus of water treatment in southern China should be placed on urban waterlogging and urban water safety.
