深基坑堵漏技术研究及实例分析

摘    要:根据深基坑渗漏的特点,分析了素混凝土桩加防渗注浆的方法在治理深基坑渗漏过程中的施工工艺,通过比较其它治理方法以及化学注浆材料的选择,得出一种比较适合高流速、大漏量的深基坑渗漏治理方法。结合某一具体工程实例,给出了从井点降水、素混凝土桩的浇筑到钻孔注浆过程中的具体施工方法及参数选择。

Abstract:According to the character of deep foundation pit leaking, this paper analyzed the caulking technique of native concrete with grouting material. It presented one fathering method which is fit for high flowing veloctity and great gushing compared with other method and the choice of chemic grouting material. Based on practical project, this paper listed the implement method of well precipitation, native concrete picket, liquid grouting and the choice of parameter. The result proved that this way can solve high flowing velocity and great gushing leaking, which is directive for deep foundation pit leaking repair.
