居住小区地下空间开发利用的讨论

大城市居住小区的规划建设随着经济的发展 ,其环境设计的要求越来越高 ,本文从节约城市用地的原则出发 ,结合上海某小区规划设计的实践 ,提出了小区地下空间开发的功能、形态、模式以及有关的经济分析与比较 ,从不同的角度阐述了未来新型居住小区开发地下空间的可行性和必然性。

Discussion on Development and Utilization of Underground Space in Residential Regions

With the development of economy the requirements for environmental design in the planning of residential regions in large cities are enhanced. Based on the principle of land conservation in combination with the experience of planning for a residential region in Shanghai, the function, form and mode of development of underground space as well as the economical analysis and comparison are presented. The feasibility and necessity of development of underground space in future new residential region are expounded.
