摘    要:城市综合管廊是现阶段市政基础设施建设的重点,我国即将进入城市综合管廊大规模养护时期,但现有管廊养护方法以维持管廊正常运营环境为目的,缺乏对管廊结构检查、监测及维修的重视,不能较好地满足城市综合管廊长期运营下对结构安全性和耐久性的需求。本文通过分析运营城市综合管廊的长期性能劣化规律和国内城市综合管廊养护方法现状,探讨城市综合管廊养护体系的需求和构建思路,提出了一套包含检查、维修、监测和管理的管廊结构养护体系。该体系采用更为完备系统的管养手段,能有效提高管养工作效率,节约养护资金和延长管廊结构寿命周期。

Abstract:Urban utility tunnels have been the focus of municipal infrastructure construction at the present stage. This indicates that China is about to enter a large-scale maintenance period of urban utility tunnels. But the purpose of the existing maintenance methods is maintaining the normal operation environment of utility tunnels, and lack of the attention of utility tunnel structure inspection, monitoring and maintenance, which doesn’t satisfy the urban utility tunnel's requirements under long-term operation for structural safety and durability. In this paper, a set of structure maintenance system including inspection, maintenance, monitoring and management is established by analysing the deterioration of utility tunnels' long-term performance, current situation of maintenance methods, requirements for and establishment of the maintenance system. This system adopts more comprehensive management and maintenance methods to improve the maintenance efficiency, to save maintenance funds and prolong the life cycle of pipe corridor structure.
