既有居住区管道共同沟技术与经济分析研究

针对既有居住小区的管线问题进行分析,提出小区共同沟的思想,对共同沟收容的管线特点及小区管道的适应性进行分析,提出适应既有小区的共同沟的建造形式。通过对既有居住小区共同沟的建设成本与传统直埋敷设形式,及各种地沟形式的管道成本进行分析比较,小区共同沟成本高于其他形式,但直埋管道二次维修改造成本高。最后,对直埋敷设管道维修的二次开挖费用与小区共同沟的建设维护费用的回收成本年限进行对比,结果表明随着直埋管道开挖次数的增多,共同沟的投资收益越显著,当开挖系数为1%时,在年开挖次数超过2次,共同沟的投资收益显著优于直埋敷设,且其社会收益显著,进而论证其在经济上的可行性。

Technical and Economic Analysis on Utility Tunnel in Existing Residential Area

Aiming at the problems of pipeline in residential area, this article raised a thought about the common ditch or utility tunnel in a district. The characteristics and adaptability of pipelines in utility tunnel were analyzed and the forms of utility tunnel construction adaptable to existing community were proposed. Through analysis and comparison of the common ditch cost and that of the traditional directly buried pipeline, and other forms of pipe ditch, it is shown that the common ditch costs higher than that of other tunnel forms, but the cost of maintenance and renovation of directly buried pipeline was very high. Finally, by comparing and analyzing the cost of renovation of directly buried pipeline and the maintenance cost of common ditch, it shows that as the number of excavation for buried pipeline increased, the common ditch investment benefit is more significant. When the excavation ratio is 1% and the excavation number is over 2 per year, the investment benefit of utility tunnel is significantly better than that of directly-buried. So the economic feasibility of the utility tunnel is proven.
