城市CBD地下空间耦合规划方法探索

目前,综合开发地下空间已成为城市核心区“城市更新”的最主要途径之一。在城市中央商务区(CBD)地下空间规划设计中,本文重点对片区“被动式”地下空间开发所需解决的内外交通耦合、地块功能耦合、交通方式耦合、低碳开发耦合及空间布局形态耦合等内容进行了分析与探讨,并结合具体指标,从定性和定量两个角度分析其耦合协调性,提高方法的可操作性。在此基础上,系统性提出CBD耦合规划协调框架,为地下空间开发提供规划方法指引。

Research on Coupled-planning Method of Urban CBD Underground Space

At present,the comprehensive development of underground space resources has become one of the most important ways to carry out “urban renewal” in the core areas of the city.In the underground space planning and design of the city's central business district (CBD),this paper focused on the coupling of internal and external traffic,coupling of land functions,coupling of traffic modes,coupling of low-carbon development and coupling of the areas layout,required for the development of “passive” underground space in the area.The content was analyzed and discussed.And combining with specific indicators,the coupling and coordination of the method were analyzed from qualitatively and quantitatively,so as to improve the operability of the method.On this basis,the coordination framework of CBD coupling planning was systematically proposed to provide planning guidance strategy for underground space development.
