基于BIM的综合管廊运维管理系统研究

摘    要:通过对国内外地下综合管廊运维管理的现状研究,发现了现阶段综合管廊在后期运维管理中存在着运营管理难以协同、运维安全风险较大、能耗较大、管理效率较低等难点;通过将综合管廊BIM模型数据、入廊管线BIM信息数据、监控监测信息数据和管廊周围信息等数据集成于一体,利用物联网技术,搭建以BIM为核心的协同管理平台,进而解决综合管廊在后期运营管理中存在的问题。笔者提出了构建基于BIM为核心的综合管廊运维管理协同平台的具体方法和思路,并分析了将BIM技术应用于综合管廊运维管理的可行性,实现了BIM技术在综合管廊设计、施工、运营管理的一体化应用,发挥了BIM的最大价值。

Abstract:Based on the current situation of the underground pipe gallery operations management at home and abroad research, it was found that the comprehensive utility tunnel at present stage in the later operational management exist in the operation management synergy hard large energy consumption, operational safety risk is bigger, the difficulties and the low efficiency of management. By the comprehensive utility tunnel BIM model database, into the gallery pipeline BIM information database, monitoring, monitoring information database and the utility tunnel surrounding information such as data integration into an organic whole, using the internet of things technology, set up with BIM database as the core of the collaborative management platform, and then solve the comprehensive pipe gallery on the problems existing in the operation management of late. Building is proposed in this paper, based on BIM as the core of the comprehensive utility tunnel operations management synergy platform concrete method and train of thought, and analyzes the BIM technology was applied to the feasibility of the comprehensive utility tunnel operations management,realizing the integrated application of BIM in the design, construction and operations management of utility tunnel and bringing it into full play.
