Based on the author's comprehension of market economy and acknowledgement on project bidding, the article predicates the developing tendency of reasonable low bid as bid winner, aiming at helping the bidders and the bid administrative body to cast a newlight on it, wiping out superficial arguments, putting emphasis on the effective application of reasonable low bid as bid winner and finally to promote the development of project bid.
