| 摘 要： | 为响应国务院关于加快水利改革发展部署,促进中国从"制造大国"向"创造大国"迈进,文章结合地方高校水利类研究生培养实际,围绕国家"双一流"建设背景探索了地方高校水利类创新型研究生培养模式。在"双一流"建设背景下,通过分析地方高校水利类研究生培养现存问题,以问题为导向,以培养拔尖人才和提升科学研究水平为目标,构建了包含自我教育、自觉成才、自主创新和自我管理"四自"教育的水利类研究生培养模式,并提出针对地方高校水利类创新型研究生培养的改革途径。以南昌大学为例,介绍了水利类研究生培养在践行新模式中取得的成果,以期为其他地方高校研究生培养提供参考。
