助磨剂对核电工程专用水泥水化热和强度的影响研究

摘    要:研究了CBA1104助磨剂以及助磨剂掺量对核电工程专用水泥的水化热和强度的影响规律。结果表明助磨剂的加入可以增加核电工程专用水泥的后期抗压强度,助磨剂掺量为0.02%时获得了最佳的增强效果,按照该掺量进行大磨验证实验,分析实验结果得出,比表面积在310 m2/kg附近时,R28达到50 MPa以上,同时也降低了水化热。

Abstract:The influence of CBA1104 grinding aid and its content on heat of hydration and strength of special cement for nuclear power engineering was researched.The results showed that,later compressive strength was increased after using grinding aid,and got the best enhancement effect when the content was 0.02%.Big grinding experiment according to this content was performed.Experiment results indicated that,not only increased R28 to 50 MPa,but also decreased heat of hydration when specific surface area near 310 m2/kg.
